Arie Trabelsi , CEO Vuance, LTD
Chief Executive Officer of Vuance Ltd and PureRFId Inc. and the Chairman of Sigma Wave Ltd. Joined Vuance in November 2010. Has more than 28 year's extensive experience in the Global wireless, Internet and Communication Industries. Prior to Joining Vuance, led Sigma Wave Ltd and Sigma WAVE Inc, providers of innovative Internet and Wireless Technologies & Solutions.
Brenda Gebhardt, PureRFid, Inc - President and COO
With over 15 years of experience in the Fire and Security industry, Brenda has managed projects at VUANCE, ADT and Cintas. She has experience in operations including the integration of RFID technologies and facility management applications to control space and assets.
Mickey Ben Harush, CFO
Appointment, in 2010, as CFO of Vuance Ltd., Prior to this Mr. Ben Harush served, for the past four years, as the Finance Controller of Elbit Vision Systems Ltd. (OTCBB:EVSNF.OB). Mr. Ben Harush began his financial career at KPMG Israel, in 2003, where he served as a Senior Auditor. Mr. Ben Harush holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting, from the Haifa University, Israel and a M.B.A. from the Tel Aviv University, Israel and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
Israel Kalman, CTO
Mr Kalman with Over 30 years in the Israeli Hi-Tech industry accumulating successful and intensive experience in researching, developing and implementing state-of-the-art wireless and RFID solutions and products. After serving five years in the IDF Signal Corps as a radio communication systems engineer, Israel joined Tadiran Ltd. where he served for over two decades in various key positions, the last position was Vice President of Business Development and Transportation Management Systems, at Tadiran Telematics Ltd.
Since 2002, Israel Kalman if fully dedicated to developing and promoting RFID products and implementations. Mr Kalman joined Vuance LTD as CTO in October 2007.
Nissim Arad, VP Business Development.
Mr. Arad brings with him 25 years in the Hi-Tech industry accumulating successful and intensive experience in research & development and implementation of state-of-the-art Security, wireless and RFID solutions and products. Mr. Arad previously served as Director of Marketing and Products since 2003 at Visonic Technologies Ltd, which specializes in the RFID/RTLS Tracking Systems. Mr. Arad holds a master's degree in Electrical engineering and Bio - medical from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc in Electronics and Computers from Ben Gurion University. Mr. Arad joined the company in September 2011.
