Eyal Tuchman - Chief Executive Officer
Joined the Company in 2002 as CFO. Prior to joining he served as CFO of Magam, a public company traded on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.
Joel Konicek - Chief Operating Officer
The former CEO and President of Security Holding Corp., he joined the company when SHC was acquired in 2007. He published Security, ID systems and Locks, the Book on Electronic Access Control in 1998.
Lior Maza - Chief Financial Officer
Joined in 2007. With 10+ years of financial management experience, he previously served as Finance Director at PowerDsine, Ltd. (NASDAQ: PDSN), a pioneer in Power over Ethernet (PoE) solutions (later acquired by Microsemi Corp. (NASDAQ: MSCC).
Ron Peer - Senior Executive VP, Marketing, Technology & Business Development
With 20+ years experience in the Israeli and US Hi-Tech industries, prior to joining VUANCE, he lead and directed InkSure Ltd. and Bsecure Ltd, providers of brand counterfeiting and document security solutions. Earlier, he served as CEO of IMI USA Inc.
Jim Peroutka - Chief Technology Officer
The former CTO of Security Holding Corp., he joined the VUANCE in 2007. A 30 year veteran of the security industry, he’s a specialist in RFID empowered electronic access control for wide area networks. Previously, he founded and led JRP Data Systems
Tsuli Hershkoren - Executive VP Sales ROW
Joined in 2006 as the founder of PureRF. Tsuli has over 25 year's experience in the Hi-Tech industry, holding top management positions as the CEO/VP in Telecom/Datacom/Software companies . Tsuli has successful background in business development world wide.
